Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment and no-shows will be charged 30% of the booked service.
This policy is in place to respect both your time and mine, as last-minute changes make it difficult to fill the appointment slot.
